No preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours, no fancy marketing,
no fancy bottles, just quality locally produced Leicester gin.
Housed in a former milking parlour our copper pot still Hilda Gladys takes centre stage for distilling using the traditional London dry method.
The inspiration for our gins and their flavour profiles come from the animals on our farm at Stoughton Grange.
Our first blend was Goat gin, a traditional gin infused with a variety of
lemon botanicals grown on site.
This was followed by Alpaca, a warm spicy gin inspired by their fluffy coats in the cold winter spells and wanting to keep warm.
Coming shortly we will have boarder Leicester gin, which will see the introduction of rhubarb.
